Do you "spring clean"?

Ever look at your character list and wonder why you hang on to that level 3 you've had for over a year and haven't logged into? Ever stare at your bank and think, "boy, I've got a lot of junk in here" ? If you do these things, do you ever actively "spring clean"? How do you decide what you need to clean out and what you need to keep (whether it's just for nostalgia or actual need)?
