My brother's account was suspended for 72 hours becoz he traded 50k gold to his friend.and that was 97 hours ago & still can not log into game.

I'm sorry, Cetrini, this appears to be one of those cases where I will be unable to give much information. From what I can see a secondary e-mail was sent on the 12th.
