I think you may want to look over the following

That should provide you with some useful tips on how to ensure your computer security is up to day. Once you have done that, I would then suggest requesting a password reset: (
https://us.battle.net/account/support/password-reset.xml). This will ensure that you are the only one with access to your account.
After that step has been completed, I would go back to the step that you successfully accomplished today, and have the authenticator, once again, removed from your account. This time you will have your computer and account security backing your efforts, and should not have to worry about it getting compromised immediately.
