Faction Change Error - Blue Tracker

So, I've beentrying to faction xfer my char, Yremedy, for the past 3 days. Every attempt tells me I'm on my account and it can't be done till I log out. I'm not on my account. I haven't been on my account recently.

Why is this? =(

Can you go ahead and try to initiate a Faction Change in about...5 minutes, or so? Let me know if you still receive the error after that. :)

Edit: After inputting credit card, got a very basic looking page stating An error has occurred.

Do you receive that error if you clear your cookies, cache, and temp internet files and/or use a new browser?
