Can't loot in dungeons - Blue Tracker

I recently server transferred and all of a sudden I can't roll on loot in dungeons. No, I dont have pass on loot checked. I have no idea what could be wrong but it's pissing me off. I enter a dungeon and am forced to give away my disenchanting services for free yet I can't even have a crack at rolling on the loot that I DE for everyone! Could someone pls respond ASAP. I'm not even bothering putting an in game ticket in because I'd like an answer sometime before next year. TYVM

Are you certain you reset your User Interface appropriately, from what I can see you have a few addons still active on this character. Please follow the directions for your specific operating system.

If that does not resolve the issue you may want to try running the repair tool but a simply reset UI is less time consuming.

After you reset your User Interface, Aalydiaa, did you log into the game and try again or did you "re download, configure, and set all your addons" first?

It's spelled "competent", Aalydiaa, and nothing is obvious yet. That is why we have troubleshooting steps.
