Ticket Disappeared and authenticator help

So last week Sunday I got hacked and lost many items, so I changed all my passwords, and I put in a ticket on this character on Thursday (when I found out I got hacked). I log back in today and my password has been reset (but not changed), to see that after my ticket has been escalated for a day, it disappeared. Is Blizzard still processing it?

Also, I ordered an Authenticator right after my password reset, and I am wondering if it really sent. It says a few minutes, but it's been about maybe 10-15 minutes. I have an LG shine and I completed the order to where the window comes up to where it is processing my order, and text saying an SMS will be sent in a few minutes. Is it on the way and I am just being extremely impatient, or was this lost as well?
