What all do I need to buy to get my Rocket?

So what all do I need to get my 2 person Touring rocket? I was planning on buying him the Battle Chest and Wrath of the Lich King, will that be enough or do I still need to buy him a WoW 60 day time card?

The two expansions are not needed to be eligible for the X-53 Touring Rocket, Skilltotem. Also, keep in mind that the Wrath of the Lich King expansion will not offer much in the way of usable content until your cousin gets to level 55; though getting everything for him is a nice gesture regardless! You will, however, be required to get him a 60 day prepaid game card if you would like to be eligible for the rocket mount immediately.
