Remove 10 day trial.

My girlfriend and I started a RAF team. Paid for the online upgrade and 2 months through a game card.

So why is it that she must remain in the trial period till it's full 10 days are up? I can see locking it in if someone never pays, but to lock someone in who's already paid for 3 full months? We rolled on US Zangarmarsh so that she could join the guild <It Came from the Blog>, and she can't even whisper the GM to get an invite. I went ahead and seeded the realm with a DK to get a few hundred gold that we could use and needles to say she's scra ping together coppers to buy a skill while I'm rolling in gold that I JUST CAN'T GIVE HER. Hell, I can't even trade her the 6 slot bag that just dropped off this damn boar >:(

Tried calling billing / CS to see if it could be removed that way, but there's a high volume of calls and I can't even wait on hold.

Please advise.
Thank you.

As the others have said, Tharivol, online upgrades take up to 72 hours to process. Though leveling restrictions are lifted immediately most other trial account restrictions will remain until the purchase is fully processed.

When the account was upgrade she may have missed the notifications of this restriction. I am very sorry for what confusion was caused.
