Children's week issues

I have several characters (ally and horde) that are unable to get the SW and Org orphan's quest. All these characters have done the quests in the past. Has anyone else experianced this?

Can you give me the names and realms of the characters you are having an issue with, Fragl? I can check it out.

From what I can see, Fragl, these quests are available to you, mostly.

All three characters are under 60 so are only eligible for the Stormwind Orphan quests. The exclamation point should be visible but make sure you speak with Orphan Matron Nightingale, you should be able to accept "Children's Week" which will give you the Human Orphan Whistle.

If you are unable to see or gain these quests try logging out and back in, disabling any addons you have or even resetting your User Interface.
