I also got my account in trouble and i cant loggin because it ask me for authenticator key. I cant call blizz because im in Chile and my home phone is lock for international calls.
Anyway i mail billing@blizz and still wait some kind of answer.
So...do u know how long this can take until i got my account back? this is the second day and im afraid i'll lost my arena partners if i dont log soon...

No i cant call. The first 4 numbers (1230) are from an international carrier and my phone is locked for those calls.
I'll try with email adding my ID scanned and CD-Key (should i put the classic WoW cd-key or Wotlk?)
