Battle.net Authenticator Product Key

I keep on trying to log into my WoW account, but I keep being asked for the Battle.net Authenticator Product Key. I don't know why this started happening, probably because I was hacked (I never gave out my password at anytime). I don't have access to a cell phone to get a generator and blizzard did not send me an email about any of this. Could someone please help?

Anyway i mail billing@blizz and still wait some kind of answer.

So...do u know how long this can take until i got my account back? this is the second day and im afraid i'll lost my arena partners if i dont log soon...

I'll try with email adding my ID scanned and CD-Key (should i put the classic WoW cd-key or Wotlk?)

You may want to complete the following form, scan it along with 2 forms of identification on this list, and e-mail it to our Billing Department, Carmina. Please be sure to indicate exactly what has happened and why you are unable to call. I'm unable to guarantee anything, but that would probably be the best way to request assistance with this issue.
