Update request on my hacked account

Hi,

I am requesting an update from a GM regarding my situation with my hacked account.

I reported on Friday that my account had been cleaned out of all of its gear and gold. It was'nt much of a surprise later when I got the email that my account had been permanently banned for affecting the economy. I am confident that IP addresses will clear my name.

It has now been two days and I have not heard word on what the status of the investigation is. I would just simply request for an update. I had transferred to Shattered Halls to join a guild and help them progress, and I would like to at the very least provide them a timeline as to my availability.

The character that was cleaned out was Shynedown on Shattered Halls server.

Please advise, thanks.

First and foremost, I want to thank you for your patience. We realize that the wait can be a bit frustrating, but I assure you that we'll do whatever we can to ensure we address your petition and investigation request as soon as possible.

To be clear, we have received your petition and it is currently within our queue. While it's difficult to predict exactly how long it will take to address your issue, the average wait time for an in-game petition is currently around 2 to 3 days, and the investigation process tends to take an additional 4 to 5 days. All in all, we expect to see the investigation process completed in just over a week.
