"Ticket has been escalated" message gone

Hello

I put in a ticket on Wednesday about an item restoration.

The message went from "We are experiencing a high volume of petitions" to "Your ticket will be serviced soon" to "Your ticket has been escalated", and now the message is gone. I have not received any responses in-game or in email.

Is my ticket still being worked on or is it closed? Should I open another ticket?

Please help!

The notes left in the petition indicate that the issue was resolved, Tanhoof. Let me check it out and see what happened.

It seems that you may not have received the response, Tanhoof, I am sorry for what confusion that may have caused. Just to be clear you are referring to the petition where you state that you did not receive some ore after you had won it?

If that is the case it seems that our initial investigation did verify that you received the ore which is currently located in your "Gigantique" Bag. Was there another point where the ore dropped that you were referring to?

Ah, there was the confusion. It looks like they verified that you did receive a piece of ore but there was no mention of the second one in your petition.

You should receive a response within the day regarding the issue.
