I put in a ticket on Wednesday about an item restoration.
The message went from "We are experiencing a high volume of petitions" to "Your ticket will be serviced soon" to "Your ticket has been escalated", and now the message is gone. I have not received any responses in-game or in email.
Is my ticket still being worked on or is it closed? Should I open another ticket?
Please help!
