I need my parental controls info reset, including the email. I've since abandoned that email and can't see a way to update any of that online...

BUMP FOR BLUE

Bumping does not guarantee a Blizzard Employee will post in your thread, but it is a good short cut to a forum suspension as it violates the code of conduct your agree to in order to post. Please refrain from needlessly bumping future posts as I would not want you to unintentionally lose your posting privileges :\

Now, I know you are just looking for info on the matter at hand, updating Parental Control details, and that is not something that can be done over the phone at this time. If you no longer have access to the e-mail set up for Parental Controls, you will need to fill out a Terms of Use form and send it in with id (to prove you are an adult and account holder, or the parent in charge of the situation) requesting a Parental Control e-mail update.

Battle.net Terms of Use Form:

You can fill out the form and everything, then e-mail it in to the address provided on the form in lieu of mailing or faxing it in. Really, e-mailing would be the quickest route to get this one resolved ;-) If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

Picture or a scan, either way, it's an image file and can be altered. Blizzard is savvy enough to know, though.

Correct, I even got to sit through some id verification training... normally you can tell by the pixels, and I've seen a few shops in my time. Seriously though, the guys and gals who look over the ids are well versed in verifying legitimate ids ;-)
