How long to wait for Billing?

Two days ago I made the mistake of taking a Character Re-Customization instead of a Race Change so I called Billing immediately to see if I could get it reversed.

The guy said that would be no problem and that as soon as someone 'saw it' they would reverse it. I should of asked for a more specific time frame since it has been two days. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this and how long it actually took?

Can you give me the name and realm of the character that you re-customized, Supe? I can take a look and perhaps see what's up.

From what I can see, Supe, the reversal request has already been submitted and the re-customization request undone. I believe it will take a few days before the refund will appear on your statement but otherwise you should be good to Race Change if that is what you want to do.

In short, you won't mess anything up by initiating the Race Change you originally wanted to do. :)
