That is not entirely true. The North American, European, Korean, China and Taiwanese versions are not physically connected and there may be some variations to adhere to local laws but overall a Blizzard stance on an issue is a Blizzard stance.

So in essence, the ability to "ninja loot" isn't possible within the World of Warcraft. We continue to look into additional ways to help our players and provide a safe, fun and fair environment which is why certain behavior may fall into the category of scamming. In such cases we may be able to intervene on a player's or group's behalf.
