I had a nice blizzard rep helping me named Mikepl. I just wanted to let either him or whom ever is going to help with this now know that the solution Mikepl gave me to install the video card driver directly from HP's site worked for about 2 days then my friends computer blue screened when in an instance. He restarted the computer, logged back in, took 3 steps in dalaran and blue screened again.
same blue screen code 0x00000116 which google says is a driver problem. I don't know what else to do since we've completely reformatted the computer, reinstalled WoW 3 times, reinstalled drivers, we've done everything we can think of. So here is the dxdiag report again if you need it.
