Customer Service Survey from a Customer POV

What do you think about the servers going down and the information we get about it?

A: Well it sucks that they do, go go technology, When are they coming back up?
B: Down again? Any Updates?
C: There goes my server! Any Updates yet?
D: Someone turned out the light... I'm in the Dark here... Any updates yet?
E: Some more frequent updates would be nice so that we know what's going on please! Say like, every 15 minutes or so would be fantastic and such. Oh and none of this beat around the bush responses, just tell us what actually happened so us techies know how long to expect so we don't have to sit here refreshing the forums hoping for a new vague response.

Correct. :)

I understand the frustration that such issues cause but we are only able to provide what information is available to us. We are not Technicians so we do not receive technical data, nor is it necessary. It is unlikely but if you wish to see technical information regarding our realms and hardware you are welcome to make that request in the Suggestion forum.
