Prepaid Visa Help

Hi, I recently purchased a 50$ pre-paid visa gift card to buy one month of wow time and a race change. When i put in all my credit card information and press enter it says "Transaction unsuccessful. If you are sure the credit card number was entered correctly". I have used pre-paid credit cards to buy wow time before why isn't it working now? I checked over and over again if i had made a typo and nothing. I live in canada if that has anything to do with it.

Correct. Currently, prepaid cards are not officially supported as all the different companies issuing them have different policies and verification practices. Some cards will work, as they can be verified and used properly, but if you are unable to get the card to work on the site, buying game cards is a good alternative.
