As long as its on the first page, you don't need to bump

Correct. :)

I understand your frustration but repeatedly bumping a thread is not necessary. As long as it remains on the first page you don't need to continually post in it looking for a response.

From what I can see an e-mail was sent and it looks like it is a temporary suspension to allow you check your system and make sure you have full control of the account. It should be up in approximately an hour. Make sure you check your spam filter and junk folder and make sure it isn't hanging out there.

Thanks, and im sorry, just a lil annoyed =[[

Hopefully this little annoyance prevents a greater one and the temporary suspension prevented your characters from being completely stripped. Make sure you check your system, if you have a malicious program/keylogger you'll want to get that removed and your system secured.

You have every right to be annoyed. I'm glad you got the information you needed. Although I don't think anyone here but the Blues have a right to tell you to stop bumping, it is listed on the sticky as something not to do.

Other posters may give advice, especially when they notice someone doing something that is not permitted, Akoto. Needlessly bumping a thread would fall under trolling/spamming in the Code of Conduct, for reference. Unless excessive we rarely penalize for it, we just try to educate when possible. :)

Spamming and Trolling

This category includes:

* Excessively communicating the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish
* Creating threads for the sole purpose of causing unrest on the forums
* Causing disturbances in forum threads, such as picking fights, making off topic posts that ruin the thread, insulting other posters
* Making non-constructive posts
* Abusing the Reported Post feature by sending false alarms or nonsensical messages
* Numbering a thread, IBTL, TLDR, or any other fad statements

The people who took over your account were spamming. Unfortunately, that means that you've been squelched. A GM will review it within 24 hours.

Did you find the source of the compromise?

Correct. Your ability to chat should return within 24 hours.
