As long as you included the account name or the name of the character and realm, we should be able to locate your account easily without any issues whatsoever. So please, feel free to change your registered e-mail address once you are certain your computer is secure.

It sounds as if the Mobile Armory is simply a bit delayed when it comes to updating your character list. It's likely that the characters which are appearing are the same characters you deleted earlier.
