Blizzard Store Down?

I just tried to post this, but I don't see it here. Is this the wrong forum?

I've been trying, since Friday, to buy three one-month WoW timecards from the Blizzard Store.

Each time it says my order can't be processed.

I've tried on I.E., Chrome, and Firefox. On two different computers.

I've also called (over twenty times since Friday) and always get the message that all the Blizzard people are busy and to call back another time. I E-mailed Billing Friday.

Am I missing something here?

Interent Explorer?
Close the Browser.
Control Panel.
Internet Options.
General Tab
Browsing History
Delete
Delete all.

Retry I.E.

Firefox?
With the browser open
Ctl+Shift+Delete.
Then close and restart the browser

Make SURE to close your browser and open a NEW one
