Customer Service has not improved at all

The only thing that has changed in this wording that they use to tell your ticket is not going to be answered anytime soon. So instead of that lame " High volume of calls" message we have " Your ticket will be answered soon"

I do not know how they define " Soon" but it still is taking me weeks to get a response on a ticket.

I wonder what the reason for this is, this time. Spring break ? Still not able to hire adequate staff ? Male pattern balding ?

Now, I know I have sinned by criticizing the church, so here comes the cult members rushing to her defense, as see by the posts below..........

Thousands of players successfully make use of our community site and account management portals every day, and the incidence of issues is fortunately quite small - but what works for one may not be so effective for another and there is always room for improvement. It certainly should not take weeks to receive a first response, Angrychef. Current petition wait times have grown to about a day and a half, though.

Can you tell me the name and realm of the character you've submitted these requests from? I suspect that some misunderstanding might be at work, and I'd like to help get you on the right track if possible.
