Arena teams after a hack

Personal rating is something that is adjusted while you participate through the arena system mechanics. Our In-Game Support staff is simply unable to adjust it.

I am sorry for what inconvenience this may have caused you, Zalock, we will do everything we can to repair as much damage as possible but we aren't always able to repair everything. If you have not done so already please review the following thread on computer/account security, hopefully such a compromise can be prevented in the future.
