UI Disappearing and Black Screen

I have gotten many strange and various bugs. I think they all have to stem from one central issue. My computer is a very good one, consisting of 6gb ram, GTX 295, Ci7 950, and 2 Velociraptors Raided. I have for a long time I have had issues with my game. They all have to deal with 3 issues.

1. My UI disappears leaving me with only 1-5 FPS and I can stop it by looking in a different direction in game. This generally happens around IC/Dal (Never has happened in Old World).

2. I get a black screen, and same as above, If I look in certain directions everything comes back to normal (besides the areas it goes black in).

3. It just straight up crashes. This happens generally when I fly through or around Dragonblight.

4. More recently I have seen errors like the last error report shown.

Notes:
None of these error happen shortly after login, and resolve themselves after a full restart (not log out/in).
I have 30+ reports and most stem from "Not Enough Storage" errors.
ALL ERROR REPORTS LISTED WERE TAKEN AFTER A REPAIR

When WoW does crash, Error reports like these are common:

The most common reason this error message would show up is a corrupted temporary file inside of World of Warcraft. The temporary files can become corrupted if the game doesn't shutdown properly, the computer doesn't turn off properly, or if you play the game with addons.

To resolve the issue, with the game closed please try deleting the cache folder out of your World of Warcraft directory. This is a temporary set of files that will be recreated by the game the next time you launch. For a step by step guide for removing these folders for your operating system, please visit http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/25390 Once the folder has been deleted, try the game once again to see if this has helped.

If that does not completely resolve the issues, follow the instructions linked above exactly as directed, for the cache, interface, and wtf folders. This will reset your game settings back to defaults.

Error 134's are normally caused by corrupted game files and can usually be fixed by reverting the game to an older version and then repairing the game.

Here's how to revert and repair:

1. Open your World of Warcraft directory (This is commonly located at C:\Program files\World of Warcraft or C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft for Vista users).
2. Open the folder called "Data"
3. Delete Patch.MPQ, Patch-2.MPQ, and any other file with the word "Patch" in it that ends with "MPQ"
4. Run the repair.exe utility found in the World of Warcraft directory
5. Click the button "Reset and Check Files"
6. The repair utility will say, "World of Warcraft is seriously damaged and will need to be reverted to an earlier version. After it has been reverted you may need to patch up to continue playing."
7. Once the repair utility has completed, you will need to reapply the patch to enter the game.

If the repair file is not present you can download the latest version at: http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/WoW/other/Repair.zip Be sure to unzip the file into your World of Warcraft directory and run it from there.

If the error reoccurs, something on your system bad RAM or a failing hard drive maybe causing the errors to reoccur. Try the memory test and scandisk mentioned here:
