Character Transfer

I am not able to transfer my character because it keeps saying I have mail. I know I don't have any mail and I have checked to see if I had any pending mail from the auction house and I don't have any pending there. So I am really confused as what to do.

I have taken the liberty of removing the junk mail that was in your character’s in-box, Ravenomega. Please allow roughly ten minutes before you try to initiate the Paid Character Transfer process, but after that time you should be in the clear.
