Ok where to being I wanted to do a recruit a friend with a family member, but wasn't aware of the program in Feb when I started my free 10 day trail, at the time I did not have the computer to run the game the correct way. Now I upgraded about a week ago, and my cousin called me yesterday and ask me if I had signed up for the RAF program I had no idea what he was talking about so I did some research. I posted here and they said give billing a call and they could link the accounts, I thought to myself that was easy enough. So I waited on hold for an hour and ten minutes last night and spoke to a nice young lady who said she did link the accounts. I asked her how long will we have the bonuses? She said 90 days from today. Now she failed to link account and told me she would email me her address if I had any problems to let her know. Well I never revived an email from her, but I posted on the forums last night and a blue was able to link the accounts. Now this morning I log in to check the status of the link and it said that it expires tomorrow at 8pm. I called back billing and held for another 1hr 20min to be greeted by a very rude customer service rep ([removed]). He told me that everything I'd been told up to that point had been wrong and promptly ended the call. I believe that if you tell a customer something you need to stand by it. At this point I'm just going to leave at the end of my free thirty days, I mean I receive better customer service at the local McDonalds.
