According to my records, Qwikk, the above statement is not quite accurate. It looks like your friend created their account on 02/26, at that point they would have received 10 day trial-included with the RaF program. On 2/27 they upgraded the account, which would provide them with an additional 30 days for “free” game time-please not that this time does not void the previous 10 days. On 4/9 I see that your buddy added a one month recurring subscription to his account. While that puts us at the point where you should be eligible for the mount right about now, the account in question has not actually been billed for another billing cycle; due to the fact that your friend has not yet paid for a second billing cycle, you are not yet eligible for the X-53 Touring Rocket.

Sure thing, Qwikk! It does sound like the payment is still pending, I'd give it a day or two then talk to your friend if you are still not able to retrieve the mount. :0)
