Server transfer with guild bank

I was wanting to transfer servers with my toon that is a Guild Leader. I was wondering that if I do transfer does the guild and guild bank go with me or does it get auto dropped?

I'm afraid that guild association is removed when the character is transferred; it is impossible to transfer a guild using the Paid Character Transfer process. I suggest promoting another character or guild member to the leadership position if you plan on transferring, but if that is not an option, disbanding the guild is another option.
