Account hacked

so my account got hacked and had an authenticater put on it (by the keylogger, hacker, what-have-you) last night. i spent an hour redialing, and 2 hours in queue this morning to talk to a representative. I finally get a hold of someone. She says she has removed the authenticater. I thanked her and got off the phone. Authenticater is still there, so i figure there is a delay time. an hour later it is still there. i should not have to wait for 2 more hours and listen to that "unappealing" music again.
