Emerald Dream Rp-PVP down?

My Girlfriend and I are trying to log into our toons on Emerald Dream and all it does is sit at the Retrieving Character List screen forever! Now I can go into any other realm we have toons on and it works fine, as does it on her account we both cannot log into Emerald Dream. We both did check Server status and it is up so I am not sure what happened.

Just before we were playing fine and then every other human played toon was running in place for about 5 mins and we couldn't do anything just run around, no NPC's would interact.

Please could a Blue help us on how to get past the Retrieving Character List screen on Emerald Dream?

And obviously my internet is fine since I am on here right now. .. But we restarted our modem and router anyways.
