Chargebacks after being hacked

Account got hacked about a month ago,while inactive.

I discovered this, one day when out of boredom checked one of my characters on armory.

Account was all fixed and restored Thanks guys!!!

I noticed they had added a credit card as payment which i removed from payment method.
(realising now i shouldve reported this)

So now i have chargebacks on my account which in the 3-4 yrs ive been playing never had till after being hacked : (

My only problem is the only time i have to call billing is before i start work in which the times ive tried dont even make the queue.

In the event i have to pay these chargebacks,money order isnt viable for me as my working hours restrict me from getting into town.

Either way im screwed as i cant get onto billing by phone.

Note : I know your all doing your best with the tremendous amount of account compromises so i am not having a go at you guys,as i said you did a great job with my account in getting it restored : )

I am just looking for a solution to my problem.

This is not a bad idea at all. Letting a Billing rep know via e-mail your specific situation and making a request for a callback when you can speak to get the chargeback paid could help. I would recommend letting them know you are unable to get a money order and need to pay by phone so you can get back into the account. Also, to put worries at ease, if there is currently paid time on your account while you are locked out, that time is readded to the account as well, so you will not lose time you paid for while waiting to resolve this chargeback issue.
