I've been playing the game since release and have many characters that I love. This morning I woke up to 6 new emails saying my characters had been transferred off my realm by paid character transfer. I've tried calling the customer service line and couldn't get through.

I have already changed my battle.net account, but I can't log in because someone put an authenticator on my account, which I never purchased.

I am unsure of the state of my characters, but I till paste what I got in my emails.

I then changed my password. I'm glad I woke up when I did. I have spent so much time on my characters, as I've been playing since release and have many, many items with high sentimental value. I was the first to kill Ragnaros, I had the most tier3 on my realm, etc.
