Your scam/ninja policy....

This is really a joke if you don't do some enforcement. Why don't GMs investigate and speak to a person before they make a decision.

Fraud or confusion is far reaching in raids right now. EVERYONE in this game seems to know and understand what "No Reserves" means in terms of loot EXCEPT for the GMs investigating complaints.

As far as I can tell, Akoto, your petition on this matter has not yet been addressed. I know you're frustrated, but I encourage you to remain patient and wait for a member of our staff to look into this on your behalf.

It was addressed and now I asked for it to be escalated.

Was the petition submitted from this account or another, Akoto?

This one

Aha. I see what happened. It appears that a member of the Game Master staff investigated this thoroughly and clearly saw that loot rules were not given at any point. I'm terribly sorry for any frustration, but it does not appear as if a scam has occurred, Akoto.

Buuuut.. From what the blue posts look like, not even "ms > os, no reserves" was said.

This is correct. We were unable to assist because we were unable to verify a single loot agreement taking place in chat. We were not confused by abbreviations and acronyms, and we did not refuse to provide assistance to be obtuse.

I strongly encourage you to have the raid leader and master looter clearly define the loot rules before participating in an encounter.

Folks, I'm happy to allow the discussion/debate to continue but let's keep productive. :)

What policy restricts him specifically from forwarding an idea???

Those who moderate this forum are not liaisons with our Developers. That would be our Community Managers. In order to gather feedback, positive or negative, regarding the game and our policies the Suggestion forum was created.

If you decide that it is not a valuable method to provide constructive feedback that is your prerogative, our Developers and Community Managers disagree, so does the history of this company.
Q u o t e:

I've twice posted a solution to the suggestion forums. I'm not wasting my breath again. I'll do it here where it actually seems to get the attention of a Blizzard employee, instead of the custom-build trash bin you call the Suggestion forums

Posting what you believe to be a viable solution is appreciated, Radedge, that does not mean that our Developers and policy makers agree with you.

Once more everyone. I understand that everyone feels very passionately about their views but please watch the tone of your posts. It isn't necessary to post in an antagonistic tone to make your point. :)

Alright, that is enough of that. I regret allowing this discussion to continue since it seems that every opportunity to focus on nonsense bickering has been taken advantage of.

Please remember that the forums primary purpose is for players to discuss the game with others. Emphasis on "discuss". You are welcome to disagree with one another but if you move beyond civil discourse you risk the thread being locked as well as further actions taken. I abhor taking further action unless absolutely necessary so please don't make me.
