Recruit a Friend benefits

I sent a friend a Recruit-A-Friend invite on the 27th of April. Unlike other threads that I have read, I am having issues with all features of RAF rather than just the mount.

For some reason, neither account can summon eachother. There seems to be no increased EXP, and the recruited account cannot grant levels to my veteran account. I called earlier this morning(and somehow got a 10-15 minute queue time) and spoke to a representative who told me to send another invite in order to properly link the two accounts.

The account that needs to be linked to mine has a character named Nexila, and though the representative saw that there was an issue with the RAF (involving my friend having two account and possibly having the wrong one linked), the issue persists. Can this be checked? I certainly hope the same incorrect account wasn't linked twice. Thanks in advance for the assistance.

I am showing the accounts have been linked up, but just to make sure everything is all good, I have refreshed the accounts. Can you make sure you both are logged out for a moment, before logging back in to check and see if you gain the ability to summon or triple experience. The best way to test is to make sure you are both using characters of about the same level.

well I am showing your friend has only logged in as Nexila, and you do not have any characters of comparable level to get the benefits on the recruiting account. You both should be within 4 levels of each other. Could you both try creating new level 1 characters to test this out?
