Grant Level Not Working

I have the Vet account and referred my friend. We leveled together to get him to 60. So I logged in with my lvl 57 Warlock and he granted me 3 levels to make me 60. woot
So later we go to do this again. Except this time hes going to grant me level for my lvl 56 Mage. But this time, grant level is gray and it doesn't work. I tried it with multiple chars including a brand new one and it just doesn't work. I've read every thread, and tons of other forums on this and I don't think I've seen a single other person post about this problem. They all just read the faq wrong or didn't understand the process or something. I should have like 27 levels left to be granted right?
Any help would be great. THANKS>

Can you give me the name of your character and the name of your recruit's character so that I may look into this a bit further?

Actually, yes, Twisterdrood. My apologies for not getting back to you sooner!

From level 55 to level 60, your friend earned a total of 3 levels to grant on Yooden. These levels were granted normally as you mentioned. Remember, once you reach level 60, you stop earning levels to grants, so Yooden will not be able to grant any additional levels. Lloydbraun, on the other hand, has 28 levels to grant but can only grant levels to characters who are at least one level lower. Because both he and Sardauka are level 56, Lloybraun will be unable to grant Sarauka levels until Lloydbraun is at least one level higher than Sardauka.
