Ticket Open For 4 Days -- Please Service!!

Hey, on my Alliance-side character named Octoroon, on Laughing Skull, I've had a GM ticket waiting to be "serviced soon" for four days. I don't know if this is the proper place to put this, but could a GM please respond to my ticket? Quite frankly a 4-day or more response time is ridiculous. I don't know what's taking so long, but I thought someone here might be able to help. Anyhow, thanks for your time, and I hope something can be done about this :)

I am sorry, Spenglbeiser, response times are rather high at the moment given the volume of requests that we are receiving. Just to clarify your petition has been open for 3 days and 33 minutes, still a great deal longer than we would prefer but not yet at 4 days.

A Game Master will review your request as soon as they can, though you should know that we are only able to grant such requests under very specific conditions. I don't believe those conditions are met in this case but either way good luck to you.
