BoA Gear lost in Mail, can I get a restore?

I submitted a ticket, but I know it's sometimes faster to get a response on the forums. So here it goes:

Today I purchased a faction change for my Enhancement Shaman, before I changed her over though I sent my (Attack Power) BoA shoulders and chest to my hunter in case I felt like playing her while waiting.
After waiting about an hour I was able to customize and log into my shaman and decided I wanted to play her. Since I never played my hunter while waiting for the faction change I hopped over to my hunter and noticed my BoA's were still in the mail.
Having not changed my shaman's name, and since the mail still said it was from my shaman, I hit return, thinking it would send back over to my shaman without an issue. Alas it would seem the heirlooms are lost. This makes me incredibly sad as I had just spent money to change her over to my main faction and play her with friends. :(

Is it possible to get these restored?

When making a request, Valissara, it is helpful when the name of items and characters are provided. It helps us to look into the issue better.

If you could provide the name of the items you sent, include the name of who the items were sent from and who they were sent to (including the realm). I'll take a look.
