Very Poor Customer Service

1. So i got hacked like a week ago

2. Got my account back

3. Gear all missing + gold + gbank stuff

4. GMs restore my alts but not my main (my lvl 1 banks and lvl 43 alts are more important than my main so it seems).

5. Still waiting for my main gear.

6. Contacted a GM in game was told that i was in que and it should be done in a day max two.

7. 3 days later still waiting for my gear.

8. Contacted another GM and was told that they are very sorry and it should be in a day max two.

You guys working at blizzard are doing a great job! Keep it up! -________________________-

Folks, please. I'm sure you can understand how frustrating a situation being compromised can be. Let's not further antagonize the situation.

Qiin, I understand your frustration but the sarcasm and tone you are employing doesn't help. Please keep in mind that though we do what we can to repair what damage may have been caused when an account is compromised no restoration is ever guaranteed. We did not compromise your account nor is your account security our responsibility yet we are willing to do what we can to restore it.

From what I can see you spoke with a Game Master several hours ago who let you know that your investigation should be completed within the next day. You will be contacted with the results of your investigation.

Again, it looks like everyone must spend time baiting and antagonizing each other. As this thread requires no other assistance I'll be locking it.
