Looks like Thrall has a minor case of the hiccups. Our Technicians are checking it out and will have the issue resolved as quickly as possible. I'll provide what updates I can if it looks like it will take awhile.

I'm stuck in the instance (Azjol-Nerub) I was completing (on this toon) as the hiccup occurred. You can also see that I lost the quest item and end-loot at around 10:22PM server time, I make it a habit to write these things down when this happens.

It may take a few more minutes for the instances to come back. I'll make sure the issue is known though.
