Escalated ticket answer time

How long can it be for an escalated ticket to be answered? Took me about 2 days to get a GM to tell me my ticket would be esaclated because my issue was over his power or w/e and it's been an other 2 days I'm waiting for an answer!

Seriously I understand there's a lot of players that require help .. but 4 days is pretty long
