Hacked - GM Response Time Longer than Usual?

Long story short: I got hacked, authenticator was attached, and my account was banned for exploiting the economy (multiple level 1's on different servers on the account, I'm assuming were created for gold spam). Its been over a week (as of Thursday at 5ish PM)

Tuesday, via phone, Blizzard Employee from Billing and Account Services removed the authenticator and told me it would take 48 to 72 hours upon submission of the account to get fixed or taken care of by the staff who handles that. He said my case was submitted at 1am that morning (Tuesday).

We're now on the verge of Saturday (95+ hours since submission of my case) and I haven't received word.

Now I can't post on MY OWN account so I know Blue won't be able to help me through this post, I guess I am just looking for confirmation that the Account Restoration staff is a little behind schedule and that I will be taken care of soon.

It sucks when you're arena partner is texting you everyday asking if you've been restored!! Please help!

It looks as if a member of our Account Administration team has already taken a look and responded today, Kayou, so you may want to check your registered e-mail address. The investigation is still in queue and appears to be getting closer to the top. While I cannot offer any guarantees, it looks as if restoration should be provided within the next day or two based upon its current position in the queue.

I sincerely apologize for the delay, and hope to see you back in game, fully restored as soon as possible.
