Tuesday, via phone, Blizzard Employee from Billing and Account Services removed the authenticator and told me it would take 48 to 72 hours upon submission of the account to get fixed or taken care of by the staff who handles that. He said my case was submitted at 1am that morning (Tuesday).
We're now on the verge of Saturday (95+ hours since submission of my case) and I haven't received word.
Now I can't post on MY OWN account so I know Blue won't be able to help me through this post, I guess I am just looking for confirmation that the Account Restoration staff is a little behind schedule and that I will be taken care of soon.
It sucks when you're arena partner is texting you everyday asking if you've been restored!! Please help!
