My RAF account

I am aware that I can call billing & services to try to clear this up, but I am not patient enough to wait. My refer-a-friend account was banned, but I haven't received an e-mail. The computer that was using it had a keylogger in it, but when the account started to get disconnected, I became suspicious and scanned it and removed the keylogger. Shortly after, I changed the password on my main computer, tried logging in, and then it said my account was suspended...

Not quite sure what happened, or why it happened...

I sincerely apologize for the delay, Stiverr, but please remember that our Account Administration Representatives are currently working to assist a large number of players who submitted e-mails sent prior to your own. While they'll do everything they can to assist you as soon as possible, it's important to remember that it may take a few days for our Account Administration representatives to respond.

I know your patience is wearing thin when it comes to calling our Billing Department; however, calling them directly may allow them to assist you much more quickly. If you are receiving the "all of our representatives are currently assisting other customers" message, please hang up and press redial immediately until you are able to enter our phone queues. Because our Billing Representatives are constantly answering phone calls, queue spots are constantly opening making the redial method" much more affective than calling sporadically.

We truly hope to assist you as soon as possible, Stiverr. If you have any questions in the meantime, please let us know.
