BLIZZARD - Suspended for over 24 hours

So yesterday i was playing on a marathon (had just gotten internet at my new appartment and was leveling an alt) on another account of mine (Account name: <removed>) and kept getting randomly disconnected like someone was trying to log into my account. I kept myself logged to make sure they didnt get a chance to log in, cleaned my computer, and then changed my password and downloaded a mobile authenticator for my iphone.

About 6 hours later i get disconnected in the middle of an arena match and get a message saying that my account has been suspended because it was compromised.

I took all of the necessary precautions and even put more security on my account and then get suspended WHILE PLAYING MY OWN CHARACTER?

So i was a little ticked, then i went to my email and filled out the form they sent me (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&tag=securitywebform&rhtml=true). Its now been over 24 hours since this happened and i haven't been able to log in AT ALL.

Blizzard, PLEASE look into my situation, you've been completely unreachable by phone and I havent recieved a single update since the ban letter.

I had a chance to look into this, and I do not believe that your account was actually compromised. I believe that this occurred for a few different reasons, though I'm disinclined to elaborate in too much detail. Your best bet at this point is first, to send an email to [email protected] to contest the action against your account. Second, please refrain from ever quoting a malicious spam or gold advertisement - even in jest.
