My question for Blizzard is: Can't you do a "overall review" of the characters created in the WoW universe and see which characters on ACTIVE ACCOUNTS are being played and what characters haven't been played and aren't past the level 15 mark? I think Blizzard should put in a system that'll notify a person through battle.net stating "hey, this guy that you created 2 years ago on Zuluhed, this level 1 not even logged into warlock, is going to be deleted to keep names fresh unless you do something about it. I know a friend that did what most people did, found a name that was awesome and went to every server and took it before it could be taken. That is wrong!~
It just sucks that all of the names are being taken up by those who just hop on and create a character and forget about them. There should be a limit to how long they can keep a low-level inactive character before receiving a notice. I won't put asterics in my name and it's frustrating to the point that even some friends have left the game.
