Blizz confirm this scam

Ok so after 1+ weeks of Blizzard hand balling me to other GM's or other forms of help (a do not reply email address does not help.) Waiting to talk to a GM in-game for 2 days only to find a email with a donotreply address then having to start all over again is incredibly frustrating. I have finally come here as a last resort to actually talk to blizzard about this scam, and im hoping for some kind of response from a Blizzard Rep.

1) You are not allowed to call people out on these forums I have reported your posts.
2) If you opened a ticket and were not awarded the items then it was determined there was no scam. What likely happen was the person who received the item was given it by the raid leader before the 2 hour window expired.

I find it hard to believe you are not getting responses within a day on these tickets.

I can understand that this was probably very frustrating or confusing for you, and I empathize. The message you received was to suggest that this situation is under investigation - and I was able to determine that the issue remains under investigation. Hopefully it will conclude soon.

Please keep in mind that while appropriate action will be taken if a violation of our policies is found, that we are unable to reveal the actions taken against another player. Also, no restoration is ever guaranteed, so even if a scam was taking place, we may not be in a position to 'redistribute' items in in a case like this.
