Worgen: Druid can't progress

Can't get my Worgen Druid beyond Level 3, since the quest says I need to learn Healing Touch (quest is called "Healing Touch"), but the trainer doesn't give it to me :-(

Celestine of the Harvest doesn't have "Healing Touch" in the trainer list... only Moonfire (L4), Thorns (L5), and Rejuvenation (L8). Yes, "Available", "Unavailable", and "Already Known" are selected on the "Filter" drop-down.

EDIT: My Worgen is named "Kurtadam" on Gilneas
