Reset Iphone now Authenticator wont work

I was a idiot and forgot to remove my authenticator from my account when I restored my iphone to factory settings (it was having problems). Luckily I recorded my US serial number on wordpad in case something like this would ever happen. I need the authenticator removed from my account so that I can logg in.
