Celestial Steed Mount Vanished

The mount was gifted. Since Celestial Steed is account bound (every toon on the account gets it) this character is indeed of one the ones affected. I'll also see if I can contact my friend later today to see if they received any e-mail. Thanks.

If your mount was gifted, then this situation is quite likely to be related to issues beyond your direct influence - this may be related to a payment issue, for example. I'm sure our staff will be more than happy to provide further guidance, but it will be necessary for the individual who originally purchased the mount to get into touch with our Account Services staff.
