Anyway To easily remove Authenticator

Is there a way I can get my authenticator removed, since I just exchanged my ipod because it wasn't working anymore and authenticators was still on. I can't get the hand on anybody at billing service phone, so I'm stuck at waiting forever when I just need to swap authenticator serail numb

As an alternative to calling our Billing Department, you can print, complete, and fax the following form to request that the Authenticator be removed from your account:
