So Ive ran old Strateholme 300 time since this system began keeping track. I know there is some formula to this thing, but i think it must be broken on my account. I want to know if its been disabled for my account is even possible... cause if it is, im going to be one sad panda.

Just to be clear. :) What items drop is not determined by a particular character or class or any number of rumoured causes.

It isn't remotely possible for an account to be excluded from a drop.
